We work by appointment rather than as a walk-in showroom, so the designer you meet has already read your brief and set the time aside for it. Appointments are held at your property, over video call, or at one of our brand showrooms.

Design, project management and installation are run from Cornelly House, School Hill, Shortlanesend, just outside Truro. Our Truro showroom is being built and opens in 2027.

Most first meetings happen in the room being changed, across Cornwall, Devon, London and the Home Counties. Measurements, levels and services are recorded while we talk through the brief.
By video call
By appointment
For clients who are not in Cornwall, schemes are presented from the Winner 3D model over video call, with samples sent to you.
Brand showrooms
Arranged on request
As an approved retailer for Schüller, Novelle and Omega, we can meet you at a brand showroom to see cabinetry, mechanisms and finishes in person. Locations are confirmed when we arrange the appointment.
