Studio Seven is a trading name of TheKitchenCo, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom design studio based at Cornelly House, School Hill, Shortlanesend, Truro, TR4 9DU. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

When you complete an enquiry or brochure form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode and any information you write about your project.

If you contact us by telephone or email, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond and manage your project.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a design consultation.

To prepare designs, specifications and costs for your project, and to manage the work if you go ahead.

To keep records of guarantees and completed installations.

We process enquiry data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract if you proceed.

Where we hold records for guarantee, insurance or accounting purposes, we do so to meet our legal obligations or our legitimate interest in keeping accurate project records.

Suppliers and manufacturers where an order for your project needs to be placed, and installation teams working on your project.

Service providers who host this website and handle enquiry delivery and our email and customer records.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up, and are then deleted.

Project records are kept for the life of the guarantee period and for as long as required for accounting and insurance purposes.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.
