The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Descriptions of rooms, materials and processes are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.

You may not copy, reproduce or republish our text, drawings, visuals or photography without our written permission.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you about a design consultation.

Kitchen projects have a minimum project value of £12,000. We state this before a consultation so that neither side spends time on a project that cannot work.

Any indication of cost given before a survey is an estimate. Costs are confirmed once the space has been surveyed and the specification agreed.

Designs, drawings and 3D visuals we produce remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Visuals are produced to communicate layout, proportion and finish. Colour reproduction on screen and in print can differ from the finished material, and samples should be relied on for final finish decisions.

Cabinetry and products are supplied through our manufacturers, including Schüller, Novelle and Omega, and are ordered against the specification you approve.

Once an order has been placed with a manufacturer, changes may not be possible or may carry additional cost and lead time.

Installation dates are scheduled around the readiness of the property and the works of any other trades involved.

Our installation work carries a two-year workmanship guarantee, backed through our membership of the KBSA (Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association).

Products carry the manufacturer’s own warranty terms, which we will confirm with your specification.

The guarantee covers our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration by others, accidental damage, or a failure to maintain finishes and ventilation as advised.

We hold £5,000,000 public liability insurance for work carried out at your property. Evidence of cover can be provided on request for developers, architects and managing agents.

Projects are paid in three staged payments: a deposit, then the balance split across the remaining stages. The stages and dates that apply to your project are set out in your individual project documentation before work begins, and nothing on this website varies those terms.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and by bank transfer. We do not accept American Express.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for losses arising from information on this website being used as a substitute for a site-specific design or survey.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
