Tea points, staff kitchens, break-out counters and washroom joinery are treated as one coordinated package, which keeps the finishes consistent across a floor plate and reduces the number of interfaces you have to manage.
Deliveries are booked to your programme and lift schedule, with units broken down where access requires it, and our installers work to your site rules, inductions and permit system.
How the package is delivered
Tender and pricing. Priced against your issued drawings and specification, with inclusions, exclusions and provisional sums stated.
Coordination. Service positions, access routes and delivery windows agreed with your site team before manufacture.
Installation. Our own installation team, working to your inductions, permits and trade sequence.
Completion. O&M information, product data and warranty documentation issued with completion, plus a defined snagging route.
