A package priced and programmed against your drawings
We take the drawings and the specification as issued and price the package against them, listing inclusions and exclusions so the scope gap between trades is visible before you place the order.
Tea points, staff kitchens, break-out counters and washroom joinery are treated as one coordinated package, which keeps the finishes consistent across a floor plate and reduces the number of interfaces you have to manage.
Deliveries are booked to your programme and lift schedule, with units broken down where access requires it, and our installers work to your site rules, inductions and permit system.
