Specifications built to repeat across plots
A developer scheme is set up as a small number of specifications rather than a new design per plot: a base level, an upgrade level, and a defined set of buyer-choice variations. That keeps pricing predictable and stops site variations appearing late.
Deliveries are staged plot by plot against your programme, so units are not stored on a live site longer than they need to be. Where a plot slips, the sequence moves with it rather than the whole order landing at once.
Buyer-choice packages are documented so your sales team can present options without ringing us for a price on each one, and every selection returns to the same set of drawings.
