Deliveries are staged plot by plot against your programme, so units are not stored on a live site longer than they need to be. Where a plot slips, the sequence moves with it rather than the whole order landing at once.
Buyer-choice packages are documented so your sales team can present options without ringing us for a price on each one, and every selection returns to the same set of drawings.

Specification levels. Base, upgrade and buyer-choice packages priced per plot type, with sanitaryware and appliances listed line by line.
Programme-led delivery. Staged deliveries against your build programme, resequenced when plots move rather than dumped on site.
